A brand-new management and medical consultant team who have great visions and exciting changes - for this expanding established team.

We are a dedicated multidisciplinary team of health professionals

The ward has 26 acute medical beds which is split into 3 areas and one side room.

We provide holistic care and high quality of care to our patients with acute and chronic illnesses.

We work closely with other specialties including the palliative care team, cardiology, gastroenterology, urology, orthopedics etc.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will assess, plan, evaluate and deliver all relevant aspects of patient care in nursing, compassionate and sensitive manner.

Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and contribute tothe clinical governance process.

Act as a mentor/preceptor to junior staff, with specific responsibility forpre-registration students.

The post holder will take delegated responsibility for the management of the clinical team and the maintenance of high standards of quality patient care on a shift basis.

  • Nursing and Midwifery Registered
  • Registered Nurse Degree or Diploma
