Main duties of the job

So we are now investing in our Estates team in both strategic project management and in the day to day management of our maintenance and buildings. We are interested in hearing from highly motivated, hardworking and committed individualswith experience in their field of work, as well as people looking for a change in career direction.

MOST CHALLENGING PART OF THE JOB

Working with an extremely large inventory of equipment and services supporting often fragile systems with limited budget and high usage equipment. Providing 24 hr service support to ensure patient safety and compliance with statute law.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate Engineering/ Construction discipline or suitable substantial equivalent experience
  • HTM compliance Training (AP)
  • Risk management at corporate level

  • H& S Risk Management Qualifications

  • Budgetary Qualification
  • Registration with the Engineering Council
  • Leadership & Management Qualification
