This would be an ideal opportunity for a clinician who would be interested in developing their skills of managing a caseload and providing clinical interventions skills in an established and forward-thinking team in North Warwickshire.

Main duties of the job

As a successful candidate you will be given time and opportunity to build your skills and confidence to eventually allow you to undertake the role of management of a caseload. Those patients with a psychotic presentation may be managed through shared care within the team. This allows the sharing of responsibility, skills and knowledge which offers the opportunity for staff to develop their role whilst being supported by colleagues.

You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, using evidence-based approaches and time limited interventions. You'll be communicating with a wide variety of clients professionals partners and agencies.

About us

Working for our Team is demanding and hard work but incredibly rewarding. It offers the opportunity to develop some excellent specialist skills and take part in imaginative and effective interventions.
