As Deputy Business Manager you will work under the Head of Operations for Bolton.

This post is being put in place provide assistance to the Head of Operations who will undertake key aspects of the Business Manager role in order to cover the current vacancy of this post.

This fixed term post / secondment is for a period of 4 months.

For secondment you will require full permission of your line manager - without this your application will not be considered.

Main duties of the job

To directly line manage Operational Services and Performance Managers.

To be responsible for the leadership and operational management of the administrative services and data quality systems within the division, establishing effective systems and processes to support the operational management and service continuity across the Division.

To take a specific lead within the Division with regards to Information Governance, IM& T, Data Quality and Performance. To support the remit of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing advice guidance and support to the team and service on all operational matters.

To oversee finance for the Division and undertake regular finance clinics with Operational Managers.

To provide assurance to the Head of Operations that arrangements are in place to meet District and Corporate requirements.
