An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 7 Corporate Performance Lead to join our team. The role will support the management of the Performance Management and Accountability Framework for the Trust, and the successful candidate will manage the collation and production of the Trust Integrated Performance Report, and Divisional and Corporate Performance Reviews.
Working with Chief Officers, Divisional Directors, Corporate Directors and senior clinicians, the post holder will also be responsible for ensuring that the requisite level of performance analysis of soft and hard intelligence takes place to identify and report on performance successes, challenges, including an assessment of risk based on forecasts.
Main duties of the job
The Band 7 post holder will collate Trust, Divisional, Directorate and Specialty performance dashboards for the Trust IPR and Divisional and Directorate Performance Reviews, ensuring that meeting papers and accompanying information are updated by Divisions and Directorates to enable the Trust to identify and act on immediate challenges and focus on areas of concern.
The post holder will also manage the timetable of performance meetings and reports with roles and responsibilities clearly outlined for the Trust IPR, Divisional and Corporate Performance reviews, ensuring that the timing of the meetings align with the Trust Management Executive, Integrated Assurance Committee and Trust Board.
The role will guide the development, management and reporting on all performance indicators to support the delivery and development of improved performance and across the organisation.

- oAble to write, or a willingness to learn how to write basic SQL queries using Microsoft SQL Management Studio to extract and analyse data, and to prepare it for analysis or reporting in other packages
