As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for the assessment of needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. You will also be expected to ensure a high standard of nursing in the application of clinical nursing procedures and treatments including the custody, storage and administration of medicines.

• During your first 2 months you have the option to sit down to discuss a career navigation plan and the different routes available to you.
• You can apply for up to £1000 of CPD funding to put towards additional training.
• You can apply to attend an “Introduction to Motivational Training” course provided by Bournemouth University.

Ravenswood is a secure unit with both low and medium secure wardsproviding assessment, care and treatment for adults with serious mental illness or personality disorder who need to receive their care in either a low or medium secure environment. Most of our patients have either committed a criminal offence, or have challenging behaviour.
