Staff Nurse - Haemodialysis Unit

The post holder will provide the highest standard of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualised holistic patient care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team.

Responsible for a ward team for a span of duty after agreed period of preceptorship. Will assist with the management of the ward taking charge when appropriate.

Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced or newly qualified nurses to join the existing Renal Team within the Renal Service in the Trust.

The post holders will be primarily based on Haemodialysis Unit at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, however, will be required to work within the remit of the Renal Services.

The post holder must have a flexible approach, and being committed to delivering high standards of patient focused care are essential requirements of the post. The post will provide an excellent opportunity for a nurse to display excellent interpersonal and communication skills across the Renal MDT. We are looking for people who will develop excellent clinical and leadership skills, who can make decisions and be a role model for the nursing workforce.
