The Community Eating Disorder Service (CEDS) is a developing and evolving service and is made up of a multi-professional team comprising of a Physician, Psychiatrist, Nurses, Psychologists, Dietitians and Assistant Practitioners. Each patient has a named clinician who supports them with their psychological health and wellbeing. Integrating physical and psychiatric care for patients with eating disorders is essential in managing the complexity of their needs, however this has been challenging and has not been achieved successfully nationally.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative multi-disciplinary team, to build and lead a physical health monitoring service for people in Devon, who have a moderate to severe eating disorder.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and motivated individual to join the team at this exciting time. You will have a key role in leading, developing and providing a novel approach to resolving these challenges in Devon. You will have a unique opportunity to have training and supervision from both psychiatric and physical health consultants to help you and the team develop the skills needed to manage the physical monitoring of this patient population.

This a full time post and is subject to Band 7 job matching as per Agenda for change.
