As a community team covering a large geographical area, a UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes will be essential.

We partnership work with other professionals including Community Paediatricians and Occupational Therapists and have regular liaisons with the Social Care Team, involving multidisciplinary meetings and joint clinics working for information sharing.

You will also participate in the development of other staff and of the service.

MPFT is committed to providing high quality care and offers its staff learning and development opportunities in order to support them in achieving this goal. Regular support and supervision from peers and senior staff is a high priority within MPFT. You will have a full and comprehensive supervision package; consisting of clinical, peer, management, interest specific support, in order that you are in the best position to develop your skills in providing the best outcome for our patients/customers.

Why you should consider joining our service: we are a dynamic, friendly and pro-active team looking for like-minded applicants to join us and are committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of our team members.
