We are delighted to have the opportunity to advertise for a Senior Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Lead role with the Reigate Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS) based in Redhill. Reigate CMHRS provides assessment, support and treatment for people living in Redhill, Reigate and Horley that have significant mental health problems.

The Multi–Disciplinary Team (MDT) works closely with other mental health related services, voluntary organisations, Social Services, GPs, Housing, Police, etc. to ensure the best possible package of treatment & support for people who use our services and their carers within a recovery focused model.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Providing clinical leadership, supervision & guidance to nurses.
  • Deputy managerial responsibilities
  • Act as a senior member of the team / service
  • Leading on specific areas of team operations / service developments
  • To lead the care and treatment of a specified group of service users

We are looking for an individual who shows initiative, is committed to providing a high-quality service and able to deliver and support development of the mental health recovery model. Key skills pertaining to leadership and supervision will be essential for the successful candidate.
