Our Home Treatment and Crisis service provision is a pivotal part of the acute care pathway for people with acute mental health difficulties, and we are investing substantially in them to improve care. This an exciting time to join the team as we continue to grow and develop to deliver a high-quality mental health response to people in crisis. We are forward thinking and innovative team and are presently working towards HTAs accreditation.

Our Mental Health Practitioners will work as part of an established integrated multi-disciplinary Home Treatment Team and newly commissioned Crisis Hub. The team promotes a dynamic and innovative way of working, triaging and responding to mental health crisis calls and referrals, providing interventions, support, guidance and signposting. The service further delivers timely and responsive face to face assessments where required.

This team is made up of a Psychiatrist, nurses, Approved Mental Health Practitioners, Social Workers and Support Time Recovery Workers with the support of an admin team and Psychologists. To build and broaden your experience whilst adding variety to the post, the successful candidate/s will rotate between working in Home Treatment Team, the Crisis Hub, Single Point of Access team and the helpline.

This is a full-time post, working 13 long days/nights over a 4 week period.
