Mind Matters Surrey NHS is a successful, well-established Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service and are part of Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As an innovative IAPT service we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners who are passionate about providing excellent care to adults aged 17yrs+ who have a range of anxiety and depression disorders.

Your role will be a blend of in-person working in Guildfordand remote home working delivering evidence-based Step 2 interventions one to one and in group settings in line with NICE guidance.

You’ll be joining a strong, supportive team which is part of the Surrey and Borders NHS Partnership. We’d like to hear from you if you are a PWP that can meet the requirements below:
  • IAPT Post Graduate certificate in low intensity Psychological Interventions
  • If you are newly qualified, you will have received notification of passing your course
  • Good IT skills and excellent communication skills and demonstrable ability to work in a collaborative way with colleagues and other services.
  • Recent evidence of working as a PWP in an IAPT service

You will be required to work a minimum of one evening per week Mon-Weds or a Saturday.

The candidate must have a full and valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Ideally, we are looking for candidates seeking full time employment, but will consider part time for excellent candidates who can work a minimum of 3 days per week.
