An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of well-established community and crisis teams in North West Surrey.
The post offers a diverse range of experience working with people with complex mental health difficulties. You will join a friendly and supportive group of psychologists in the locality and there will be opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills through CPD. The trust has an enviable care pathways system which values psychology, psychotherapy and the arts psychotherapies and there are opportunities to train in DBT, CBT for psychosis, family interventions, CBT for personality disorders, compassion-focussed supervision and structured clinical management. Employees are also able to access coaching.
As a Trust we pride our-selves on our innovative and collaborative approach to providing the highest quality, person-centered care. As an early implementer site for new models of care, we have a comprehensive primary care personality disorder services as well as established primary care MH teams working alongside GP practices. We are currently developing integrated care pathways across primary and secondary care.
The candidate must have a full and valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes due to the community element of this role.
