Join a small, passionate, and supportive team to provide a comprehensive Community Bladder and Bowel Advisory Service to patients within ESHT.

We are a proactive service that are keen to develop individuals' skills and knowledge in order to improve patient outcomes in care homes, nursing homes and community clinics. This requires a degree of autonomous working.

Main duties of the job

In order to help patients and their carers manage bladder and bowel conditions, the role requires you to provide training, education and support to patients, carers and other health professionals within ESHT and other community settings.

The role would require the post-holder to participate in service development to ensure we maintain a high-quality, cost-effective service.

This post is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in bladder and bowel care.
