Your caseload will consist of babies and children in Harrow community on home enteral nutrition and you will review them across different settings as appropriate: community health centres, special schools, patient homes and hospital outpatient clinics alongside consultants. The role also includes a paediatric outpatient clinic at Northwick Park Hospital.

You will be a core and valued member of Harrow community multi-disciplinary team (MDT).
