North Locality post (18.75 Hours per week, 0.5 wte)
South Locality post (37.5 Hours per week, 1 wte) About you
We are looking for passionate, recovery oriented, skilled Mental Health Professionals, to be part of a place-based team delivering multi-disciplinary support, care and intervention to people living with complex psychosis and substance misuse and their families/carers.
You will manage a defined caseload and offer your professional expertise and leadership to the wider MDT – sharing your skills, knowledge and approach.
You will have a lead role in the provision of support to individuals with complex psychosis and substance misuse, developing a level of expertise in this area of dual diagnosis and acting as a resource for the wider team regarding substance misuse.
The service will work flexibly across intensive support in the hospital and community and develop with other agencies and organisations in the locality, a true place based flexible and accessible rehabilitation service for those with complex psychosis.
