An opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full time, band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Complex Care team, a mental health community service in Wolverhampton.
Band 6 Salary -�35,392 - �42,618 per annum
The Complex Care Service is based at Penn Hospital in Wolverhampton. Although we are based on the hospital site, we are a community based service and offer treatment and support for individuals with severe and enduring mental health difficulties. These are typically care clusters 8, 11-17.These individuals are likely experiencing mental health difficulties such as psychosis, Bipolar, depression and personality disorder
Main duties of the job
We are looking for highly motivated RMN who is looking to join a supportive and recovery focussed service, working with Patients experiencing severe and enduring mental ill health.
We would welcome a newly registered nurse to join our developing Community Preceptorship programme within our Community Mental Health Team, for which they will receive a robust and comprehensive support package
The successful candidate will be familiar with the clustering framework and will have a working knowledge of the CPA process. You will have proven assessment and risk assessment skills and possess a genuine interest in working with this client group.
Candidate will be committed to a Recovery focused way of working, inherent within the team culture, empowering and instilling hope to our service users.
In return, you will be joining an established, experienced, skilled and supportive team where training, Supervision and peer support are readily available.
