Successful candidates can express preference for a single post in one area or split posts across early years and schools. You will be part of our new band 6 development pathway where you will be provided with a structured programme of training, opportunities and additional support to develop your band 6 competencies. You will develop a portfolio of evidence and on successfully completing the pathway be supported to move into a band 6 role within the service.

The Early Years' team offers specialist assessment, intervention and advice for younger children who present with a variety of speech language and communication needs. This includes children with social communication difficulties, developmental language disorder, dysfluency and language delay. Although primarily clinic based the service has strong links with children centres, nurseries and early years' settings where therapist may also be required to work and provide training.
