Here at UHCW, the Organisational Development Team contributes to enabling our people in our organisation to work differently, compassionately and inclusively. We work across the Trust with several different teams, leaders and managers and we have a key role to play in helping the organisation explore what it means to live authentically by our values, what it means to lead and manage brilliantly and how we support and engage each other effectively in teams.

Please be advised there is a proposed interview date of 11th or 12th March 2024.

Main duties of the job

The OD Facilitator is a key post in our team at the heart of what we deliver, supporting, developing, curating and delivering key elements of our overall offer. You will join us at the start of a new journey where we are exploring the impact of our new Trust Strategy, more than a Hospital, and how this will feed into and enable our new People Strategy. This post will suit a confident, proactive, hands-on, independent and collaborative individual who is comfortable getting involved in developing and establishing the work of the OD Team and enjoying establishing relationships at all levels of the organisation.

You'll have a consulting and project management approach and will be collaborating with team members/colleagues to design, develop, implement and evaluate organisational development interventions at the individual, team and organisational level that contribute to developing our compassionate and inclusive culture. We are also looking for someone with developing expertise and experience in leadership and management development and using these as effective levers for cultural change.
