This is a rotational post of days and nights.

Are you enthusiastic, caring and committed to maintaining high standards of nursing in critical care? If so we would like to hear from you. We are a busy Cardiothoracic High Dependency unit with 10 level 2 beds, staffed to flex accordingly. We are looking for highly motivated and innovative individuals who have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our nursing team.

Main duties of the job

Previous experience in a critical care setting would be desirable however a keen interest in Cardiothoracics and the critical care environment is essential.

After you complete this four and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses dependent upon your role and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3,5 and 7.
