Due to internal promotion we are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic band 6 Mental Health Nurse or Social Worker to our established MDT.
The post is based within the acute hospital setting and main function of the role is to assess, signpost and review patients who are experiencing mental health crisis/difficulties whilst in acute trust setting.
Our age criteria for patients is 18+.
