We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team and help provide input to our rehabilitation wards in Lincoln and the crisis team in Grantham. The post will be split 0.5WTE CRHT and 0.5 Lincoln Rehab.

You will be closely supported by psychology colleagues working in the CRHT, our male and female rehabilitation wards and at our acute wards in Lincoln and Boston. You may have limited experience or be newly qualified, if so, we can offer preceptorship from Band 7 to Band 8A over the first 12 months, an excellent supportive environment and CPD opportunities to develop your skills in a sought after speciality. Progression to band 8a follows completion of specific training to supervise DClin Psy’ trainees. This post offers an excellent opportunity to consolidate skills learnt during training for those who are newly qualified; it also offers excellent career development.

You may be keen to develop your therapeutic or assessment skills recent fully funded training has included DBT, Schema, CAT, MCT, MBT, EMDR, DISCO and ADOS training.
