If the answer to these questions is 'yes', please consider applying for this new and exciting Urgent Care Service Manager role with the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

As Urgent Care Service Manager, you will be the visible leader of skilled and dedicated urgent care teams, who have the capability to work with agility, at pace, to deliver excellent patient care, whilst ensuring that the workforce work within service user, trust expectations, wider ICS in addition to meeting budget requirements.

This is a pivotal role within the team and we are looking for someone with the passion, skills and motivation to drive the teams, services and work closely with the Head of Service-Urgent Care, whilst focussing on transformation and delivery across the portfolio.

As a highly motivated, dynamic and organised Band 8 practitioner, you’ll be joining one of the largest teams in the Trust, Adult Inpatient and Urgent Care and will sit within the Divisional Management Team.

LPFT provides a range of mental health community and inpatient services for all ages from Children and Young People, Working age and Older Adult services in Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire. We work closely with the local Authority and neighbouring Trusts to support the Mental Health needs of our population. With a current CQC rating of “Good” and high levels of service user and staff involvement, this is an exciting time for LPFT, as we continue on our journey of service improvement, undergoing a range of service transformations and delivering high standards of care for our patients.

In this role you will responsible for the operational oversight and running of a number of services.That feeds into the admission and discharge pathway for people with acute mental illness. You will also work with the wider Integrated care system and with external stakeholders and agencies agencies such as ULHT, Police, Emergency Duty Team and the LPFT on-call manager and executive on-call.
