Post: With Me In Mind Whole School Approach Lead

With Me In Mind are a school based mental health service involved in early intervention and prevention of mental health in children and young people. Part of the service offer is to impact on this through a whole school approach to mental health. We are looking for a Whole School Approach Lead in each of our localities (Rotherham, Doncaster, North Lincolnshire). Working in partnership with each other and with your local educational settings to facilitate early intervention and prevention and auditing this throughout the year under the framework of Whole School Approach within a Mental Health Support Team to develop a positive culture and ethos.

This is a newly created post, and candidates who should apply will be passionate about early intervention and prevention, needs analysis and implementing change. This is not a clinical role but rather a co-ordinating and delegating role, based on needs analysis. The candidate will have great skills in auditing, co-ordinating service delivery and monitoring impact.

The whole school approach lead will work with school and colleges as part of a mental health support team. The post holder will work autonomously and directly with education settings to coproduce and evaluate the whole school approach interventions.
