We are very happy to be recruiting for this Consultant Psychologist post: providing leadership for Bee-U our CAMHS service. As a senior psychologist in the Shropshire Telford and Wrekin Care Group the post holder will meet with other Consultant Psychologists and be part of continuing development of psychology in Shropshire Telford and Wrekin. The post holder will be a valued part of our large psychology group in STW and wider Trust. Our psychology workforce is respected and supported. We aim to ensure working with us is a positive experience. Supervision and training are essential and highly valued. As one of our psychologists says below -

I joined Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Care Group (Midlands Partnership Foundation NHS Trust) in November 2021 as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. My journey with the care group has been positive and I continue to feel supported and listened to. I have a good balance between autonomy and support and very much feel part of a service that is moving towards change and growth. My role benefits from being part of a leadership team at a clinical level and being supported by fellow psychologists on a professional level. I would recommend the care group to anyone who is seeking opportunities to develop and be part of a journey towards transforming mental health services. B P 8c
