This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established Assertive Outreach team caring for patients with complex psychosis in the community in the northern part of West Sussex.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide senior medical leadership for the Assertive Outreach Team and will manage patients with complex psychosis in the community.

They will be the RC for patients under the team detained on CTO's. They will supervise more junior medical staff.

Person Specification Essential and desirable Essential
- MBBS
- Fully registered with GMC
- On GMC Specialist register or able to achieve within 6 months
- s12 approval or able to achieve within 3 months
- excellent communication skills
- Participation in research or service evaluation
- MRCPsych
- Additional clinical qualifications
- In good standing with GMC with respect to warning and conditions on practice
- Wide range of specialist and sub specialist experience relevant to post within NHS or comparable service.
