At a time when many services are feeling the pinch of reductions and cutbacks, SABP have secured a significant investment from NHSE to expand our community service to reduce bed days, reduce reoffending rates and reduce readmissions as part of the national focus on secure placements and community provision for people who present risk to others.

Experience of community care coordination is helpful but not essential as you will be welcomed as part of an expansion to an already established team.

You will learn about expert assessment processes which supersede the generic! You will learn expertise in new areas of the Mental Health Act! You will grow in confidence to advocate for people using our services to ensure the best possible outcomes!

Supporting the national New Care Models, we will work alongside our partners in Kent and Sussex to ensure that, across the south east, people have the best possible experience of community-based care and support.
