Enjoy coming to work. Make a difference to people’s lives. Work in a service which is growing and expanding. Enjoy smaller caseloads. Work with fantastic people.
If you would be interested in working with lower caseload numbers, working with a brilliant team of committed individuals, who enjoy their work and feel passionately about what they do. If you would be interested in being a pivotal part of taking our services from “good” to “GREAT” then come and visit our FOLS team in Chertsey.
At a time when many services are feeling the pinch of reductions and cutbacks, SABP have secured a significant investment from NHSE to expand our community service to reduce bed days, reduce reoffending rates and reduce readmissions as part of the national focus on secure placements and community provision for people who present risk to others.
Experience of community care coordination is helpful but not essential as you will be welcomed as part of an expansion to an already established team.
You will learn about expert assessment processes which supersede the generic! You will learn expertise in new areas of the Mental Health Act! You will grow in confidence to advocate for people using our services to ensure the best possible outcomes!
Supporting the national New Care Models, we will work alongside our partners in Kent and Sussex to ensure that, across the south east, people have the best possible experience of community-based care and support.
If you would like to find out more, come and visit one of the friendliest teams and one of the most welcoming service managers by contacting Jenni Ball, the Service Manager.
