An exciting opportunity has arisen for a B5 CPN to join our ACOMHS accredited, outstanding rated Adult Community Mental Health Service in Cheshunt.
The team provide community care & intervention to adults experiencing severe & enduring mental health problems & is a pilot site for new mental health support within primary care also.
The successful applicant will join our team & help provide clinic & care coordination to clients. Support will be provided to develop safeguarding & commissioning skills & we have an excellent track record in enabling staff to progress their careers with regular supervision & training opportunities provided. HPFT has a supportive & experienced nursing professional group.
