The CAMHS & Adult Eating Disorder Inpatient Services for Oxford Health covering inpatient units based in Oxford, Marlborough, and Swindon.

The postholder will work closely with the Modern Matrons who lead the respective inpatient units, with senior matrons from across the directorate and the Head of Nursing.

The post holder will develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders, as well as the Commissioning Provider Collaborative for Thames Valley, taking a lead role in providing timely monitoring reports.

The postholder will be ambitious and have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for a dynamic leader, with evidence of leadership and management skills, which can be supported and developed as the Service looks to grow meeting the needs of all individuals who require an inpatient stay.

This is an exciting time for the CAMHS Units during the expansion of the services with a focus on the development of a bespoke CAMHS PICU (Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit) on the Oxford site.

The postholder will develop close working links with a wide range of Community CAMHS and Adult service leads in addition to the Acute hospitals.

We believe passionately in a culture of good work/life balance and support well-being, training, and development.

The units that the post covers are based in Swindon, Marlborough and Oxford so ability to travel is a must.
