There is a rare and exciting vacancy for a band 5 occupational therapist to join the community learning disability team in East Hampshire based in the Fareham and covering the east area of Hampshire.
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join the established OT team who work within a dynamic and friendly multidisciplinary team (MDT) providing a service to adults with a learning disability.
We are looking for someone who is familiar with MDT working and has some experience of working with people with learning disabilities. They must have the ability to learn and develop skills within this varied and interesting role. It is essential to be highly motivated, reliable and be able to work flexibly.
We can offer:
Access to transport for business use is essential. You will need a British Driving License and use of your own car as you will be working in the community, visiting clients in their homes and day services.
