RNMH/LD/RMN/Relevant Degree or Equivalent Qualification

We are looking to appoint an Acute Liaison Nurse to work at County Hospital, Stafford

The post holder will be responsible for providing guidance to acute hospital staff on meeting the needs of people with learning disabilities in County Hospital, advising on reasonable adjustments to receive appropriate treatment.

This is an exciting new opportunity and the role involves close collaborative working with the acute trust including awareness raising, identifying and meeting training needs and the provision of specialist nursing advice.
