Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced and responsive Community Team working with Adults in the Chelmsford area.

The team provide a wide range of high quality community care services which will enable people to lead as independent as life as possible and have meaningful choices.

You will be assisting in leading the transformation to area based care.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will carry a small complex group of clients and take responsibility for the day to day operations of the Mid Essex SMHT as directed by, and in collaboration with the Clinical Manager.

You will have responsibility for the day to day supervision and management of lower banded staff within your professional group and team locality. This will include the management of these staff in line with agreed Trust HR processes.

You will be expected to work collaboratively with key partner organisations, service users, carers, clinicians and other practitioners within the multi-disciplinary team in delivering services.

In delivering your duties you are expected to display behaviours that are aligned with the Trust values and in accordance with the NHS Constitution at all times.

All our permanent staff are automatically enrolled onto the staff bank however this does not mean you have to work any additional shifts, but the option is there for you if you wish.

EPUT offer a fantastic relocation package of up to £8,000. Covering a number of expenditures for new recruits relocating from 30 miles or more from their new work base at EPUT.
