A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Single Point of Access within Hertfordshire Partnership NHS University Foundation Trust.
Join the team and make a real difference to our service users whilst developing your career. We are looking for Band 6 Mental Health Nurses, qualified Social Workers, or Occupational Therapists who can demonstrate a desire to develop the relevant mental health work experience required to join our team. Successful applicants will join help us to drive forward the highest standards of practice for our service users from within our office environment.
Areas within the Single Point of Access include Adult MH, Wellbeing, and CAMHS. We are a large multi-disciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical staff who work closely to provide Hertfordshire with an outstanding gateway into mental health services. We are an office based telephone triage service and this role will call for excellent listening skills which will enable you to make robust clinical decisions without the aid of visual cues. If your experience in mental health work has covered any of these areas we would like to hear from you.
In return we offer a unique tailored training in all of our electronic systems, a fully supported network that also leads to further potential for development, as well as on-site free parking. If you’re looking for a flexible work-life balance and being part of a friendly, supportive, collaborative team, Single Point of Access is the place for you. We also offer some home remote working to provide further flexibilities; and we take time to recognise the amazing work that our staff do.
