Within HPFT is our mixed adult acute ward currently based on the grounds of the lister hospital offering support for service users with a range of needs

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Charge Nurse to join our friendly team and provide a key Leadership role. The post holder will be required to provide comprehensive, professional, effective leadership, clinical advice and expertise, acting as a positive role model, contributing to the professional development of junior staff and consistently demonstrating the trust values. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of an identified clinical area.

We are seeking applications from Nurses who have positive attitudes, values and beliefs about working with people who are experiencing mental health problems, who want to make a real difference to the service and have a passion for reducing restrictive practice.
