A full-time vacancy has arisen at North East Hampshire Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS) for a Development post for a newly qualified CPN. The post can lead to a band 6 post within the formal development structure. We have good links to third sector community links in the community including the Safe Haven, well-being centre and local GPs.

The post holders will work within a multi-disciplinary team alongside other Community Psychiatric Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Psychology assistant and Psychiatrists and community support workers. We also offer Art and Music therapy. The post holders will have the opportunity to be a care coordinator holding their own caseload

The successful candidate will be expected to take part in undertaking assessments, including risk assessments. There is also the opportunity to co-facilitate therapeutic groups. We have care pathways and work with structured clinical management for a recovery focus. All staff receive regular supervision and group reflective practice happens monthly.

We are looking for a good team player. You will have excellent communication and personal skills and can manage your time effectively to meet the needs of your caseload and team.

The candidate must have a full and valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes due to the community element of this role.
