We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapists to join our dynamic and supportive team in the Community Therapy Service based in Oxford.

We are inviting applications from Physiotherapists who are eager to develop their clinical practice within innovative and supportive multidisciplinary teams, treating patients with a variety of clinical conditions in their own homes and in short stay beds.

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is an accelerator site for the Ageing Well national agenda, as part of the NHS Long Term Plan. This offers the opportunity to shape and develop both rapid responsive patient care and supporting patients to rehab in their own home environment.

The Community Therapy Service aims to provide high quality integrated therapy services working as an integral member of the Neighbourhood Team. We work closely with other multidisciplinary team members, social services and voluntary organisations for adults with a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.

This role will involve the supervision and training of students, junior colleagues and be involved in teaching of multidisciplinary staff. We have excellent CPD opportunities available including Masters modules such as frailty management. Working in the community, it is essential for staff to own a car for travel and be able work across extended hours and seven days in order to meet the needs of our patients. Hours of work can be discussed on appointment and flexible working patterns are considered.
