Clinical Lead Band 7 post within CAMHS crisis and enhanced treatment team (CCETT) (Boston)

An exciting opportunity has become available for someone to join our team as the new Clinical lead. The post holder will provide overall clinical leadership of the team alongside the team co-ordinator. As clinical lead you will provide expert knowledge within areas of specialism in relation to young peoples mental health and support the clinical team to develop their roles and the provision of care within the community setting. You will work jointly with the team co-ordinator to support delivery of high standard of care for young people experiencing an acute episode of mental health deterioation.
The team are based in the south of the county in Boston and work closely with their colleagues in the north over at lincoln. The service covers areas across Lincolnshire therefore you must have the ability to travel around the county without the use of public transport. The post is full time hours worked between Monday-Friday 9-5pm.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our well established team. We have several disciplines of practitioners within the service and Multi-disciplinary team who all work closely together to keep children and young people at home and out of hospital. Part of your role would be supporting the team to provide crisis and enhanced home treatment for young people struggling with acute deteriorating mental health difficulties, including self-harm, suicidal ideation, eating disorders/ disordered eating and psychosis. Our team looks at providing an alternative to a tier 4 admission, a hospital in the home type model, and supports those being discharged from an acute inpatient admission following an episode of care.
