We are currently in a position to recruit a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner on a permanent contract. Half of the post will involve perinatal responsibilities, developing close links with Perinatal Infant Mental Health Services, engaging perinatal clients into the service and providing training and advice on perinatal matters top the rest of the team.

Main duties of the job

We want to recruit people to the team who have experience of working as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, who are confident in their ability to, both directly and through leading others, contribute to and maintain the demonstrated effectiveness and acceptability of our service.

Job description Job responsibilities

The successful applicant will receive support from the management team, specialist perinatal services and clinical colleagues. You will be employed within the Primary Care Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Division of Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust (GMMH FT). You will therefore benefit from being part of a professional organisational structure within a large Foundation Trust and part of a more local integrated network of mental health and wellbeing services.
