Band 5

37.5 hours per week - 3 long days per week. Mix of 0800-21:00 and 0900-2200

£25,665 to £31,534 p.a.

We are pleased to be able to advertise a Band 5 RMN vacancy in the Redditch and Bromsgrove Home Treatment Team. We work with people who are in an acute episode of a mental illness, providing intensive treatment and support in their own home, to avoid the need for hospital admission.

The successful applicant will convey in their application and at interview that they are highly motivated by clinical work and be able to relate the experience which they have in to their pracice.

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate the ability to work alongside patients and carers, finding innovative ways to engage people in wellbeing and recovery. Positive risk management is vital to the provision of Home Treatment. Working collaboratively with immediate colleagues, other teams and agencies is also an essential part of this role.

You will need to be a team player and able to work independently when required. You will join a skilled and experienced group of staff, which will give you opportunities to learn through joint working and more formal learning opportunities. Regular supervision and appraisals will be provided.

Use of a car for work (due to the rural geography of Worcestershire) and ability to work shifts are essential to this post.
