An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Community Mental Health Team based at Zinnia Centre. We are looking to recruit a Band 7 Clinical Team Manager. You will be joining us at an exciting time of the planning and implementation of our Community Transformation.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management, leadership, planning and delivery of clinical services across the teams. The individual will also be an active member of the management team, who will contribute to the shaping of our strategic and business plans within these services and input to the Trusts overall direction of travel.
The post-holder will be highly visible spending considerable time in the Hub working alongside team members, as well as being a senior leader in the development of place based and locality working. Working with the Clinical Services Manager and the Associate Director of Operations the post-holder will ensure there is a strong focus on the delivery of high quality, safe and efficient services whist working alongside other professional leads and stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation.
