Our welcoming and supportive Adult Community Mental Health Service in Ware has the opportunity of a Senior Social Worker post within the multidisciplinary team. This a fantastic development opportunity to join an experienced group of clinicians and practitioners and develop your career with our services.

As Senior Social Worker, this post will give you the opportunity to promote, lead and act in accordance with the principles of personalisation, working to promote wellbeing, and enabling individual’s rights to choice and control, in a multi disciplinary mental health team. In Hertfordshire the Adult Mental Health Teams are integrated health and social care teams. .

In this post you will be a key champion and leader of social care within the locality. You will be supported to develop your skills to provide robust, consistent expert social care practice advice in partnership with other specialist senior social care colleagues including the professional leads for social care in the Trust.

This post attracts the Golden Hello Payment £1500 on commencement of employment and £2000 on completion of one years service,
