You will be supported by the Lead Psychologist to ensure the delivery of a high quality, accessible, and inclusive psychological service drawing on a range of psychological approaches to help establish a psychologically informed and trauma informed practice within the team and wider service area through brief individual work, group work, consultation (informal and formal), training and reflective practice.

Main duties of the job

There will be opportunities for service development, quality improvement, and innovative and unique practice in these posts as part of the transformation where you will work in an MDT alongside with health, social care and the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector.
