The Buckinghamshire CAMHS Getting More Help (GMH) Team is part of the integrated CAMH service for children and young people aged 5-18 and their families / carers.
The function of the GMH Team is to assess and offer treatment to young people with a diagnosis of mental health problems.
The Service will offer a range of interventions and are based on the THRIVE model from Psychological Therapies as well as medication.
We are looking for a Nurse Prescriber to join our forward-thinking service. You would work as part of the Multi-Disciplinary team undertaking a Care coordinator role for children and young people as well as working as a nurse within the pathway. We are looking for nurses who are confident, enthusiastic and committed to treating young people with depression and anxiety and providing education to them and their families.
The ability to contribute positively to a developing service is a must.
