Are you qualified non-medical prescriber with an interest in neurodiversity, have enthusiasm to meet the needs of young people in Surrey with suspected or diagnosis or ADHD?
You should be an experienced and confident NMP with experience of working with people with neurodiverse needs. You will be expected to work autonomously and as part of the neurodevelopmental service, in the day-to-day clinic decision making to ensure the delivery of high-quality care for people who use our services.
You will be required to demonstrate a high level of commitment, motivation and knowledge working young people with needs associated to neurodiversity. Also required to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and other agencies. The role will include working with young people and their families, building relationships with schools, GP surgeries and the wider stakeholder network.
