Due to exciting changes, we are seeking a Clinical Lead within the Mindworks Community Crisis Intervention Service for West Surrey.

Are you a Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with experience working with Children and Young people, looking to lead and support assessments and interventions for children and young people who are in crisis? Are you looking to develop your leadership skills in a supportive team, helping others to developing in getting the best for our children and young people?

Our team offers to group work to help young people following their presentation in crisis in the area of deliberate self-harm - DBT skills training is available to facilitate this group.

Our team provide a 7 day week crisis intervention service, offering discovery conversations (assessments) to children, young people and their families presenting in emotional and mental health crisis in both local A&E departments, Paediatric wards and Community Bases. Our operational hours are 9am – 5pm Monday – Sunday inc Bank Holidays. There might be one late shift to 8pm once every 2 weeks. Our rota system allows for flexibility in working however unsocial and weekend shifts will be expected.

The successful candidate will hold an appropriate professional registration with NMC or HCPC. Experience and competence in working with vulnerable people in crisis is essential. Experience of working with children and young people is required.
