About the role:

The post-holder will work collaboratively with other members of the roving mobilisation team to support the readiness of Community Mental health Recovery Services to integrate. The post holder will work collaboratively with other members of the Community Mental Health Recovery Service multidisciplinary team and in partnership with colleagues from other Mental Health Services, other care groups, Surrey County Council and Voluntary Sector Organisations.

About you:

RMN Degree/Diploma in Mental Health Nursing

ENB 998 or equivalent

ENB 811, 812 or equivalent Community Nursing course

Clinical Leadership in Mental Health
