Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin possesses one of the richest and most varied landscapes of any of the English counties. It offers a diverse range of scenery from the lakes and rolling pasturelands to densely wooded scarps.
As part of the national Transformation agenda we are developing our service to be place based around our Primary Care Networks. As a result an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operational Lead to join the leadership team in the Telford area.
The post holder will have day to day responsibility for the operational management and delivery of services within the multidisciplinary team. They will ensure that a high quality of service is delivered within this clinical area. They will be responsible for the leadership and management of staff within the team, working alongside the Quality Lead for the service and the wider Collective Leadership for the team.
The team is one of two that delivers services to the population of Telford and Wrekin and the immediate surrounding area. The base for the post is Hall Court, Telford. A level of flexible and remote working is supported.
