An exciting opportunity has arisen within the North West Home Treatment Team for an experienced and enthusiastic Mental Health Nurse/ Occupational Therapist/ Social Worker to join a busy multidisciplinary Home Treatment based in Chertsey.
Working full time - will include day and nights duties on rotation.
The successful applicant will have experience of clinical practice within the urgent care setting, preferably with prior experience of community based urgent care services. They will be committed to the delivery of high quality mental health care and willing to actively contribute to service development.
In return, the service is committed to the development of its workforce and will promote access to opportunities for personal development.
Qualified nurses are currently benefiting from Retention Allowance. It is a 10% pay uplift on the top of HCAS Fringe payment. This Premium is subject to a minimum total payment of £3,553 and a maximum total payment of £4,528 p.a. This will be paid on a monthly basis and pro-rata to hours worked
The candidate must have a full and valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes due to the community element of this role.
