Senior Mental Health Practitioner
Isle of Wight NHS Trust offers excellent initiatives including the offer of relocation expenses of up to £8,000 to the successful applicant.
There has never been a more exciting time to join our team as we are currently in the process or transforming and developing the service, creating several Band 6 opportunities. The team promotes dynamic and innovative way of working responding to crisis referrals, crisis calls, offering a face-to-face response that’s required to meet the needs of the service user and their identified risk.
As we develop the service in line with the new Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Strategy, No Wrong Door, we are keen to hear from practitioners with a range of experience from Children’s Mental Health to Dementia care.
The following core professional roles will be considered for these posts - Registered Nurse Mental Health, Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.
