We are looking to recruitmotivated, committed crisis response and home treatment practitioners for the East Surrey Home Treatment Service.
We have mutiple vacancies. The posts are full time however part time option also available.
This opportunity is open to registered mental health nurses, occupational therapists, or registered social workers.
The post holder will be an autonomous practitioner who can also work effectively as team player. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will be committed to the delivery of a high-quality service, working both independently and as part of a well-established, innovative and crisis response and home treatment team in meeting the needs of service users and their carers.
Qualified clinicians in our Home Treatment Teams are currently benefiting from a local retention premium of between £2,400 and £2,800 per annum (based on whole time), dependent on payscale point.
The candidate must have a full and valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes due to the community element of this role.
